OMG! i have the same birthdate as Sherilyn has the same birthdate as Calvin and we all know each other!!!! OMG! Isnt that quite a huge SOMETHING or what?!
OKOK...Day 2 of FYP.
It's so sucky because our 50ml of EVERYTHING overshot our OD Range! 0.7! OMG. OUR OD RANGE WAS LIKE 0.45!!! T_T So we have to redo EVERYTHING. TA~{korean} SHI RLO YO!! Xp So basically we were like making the LB K and AK, inoculating our respective 3ml with 30microL of bacteria and it's incubating now. GREAT! So the plan for tmr is....-drumroll- WHAT WE DID TODAY. WHY. WHY. WHY??????????? +++
*+++ is the
1. diluting of IPTG 10x
2. taking 12ml of our culture and placing into 15ml falcon tube
3. adding 12microL of the IPTG in the 12ml of our sample
4. storing it OVERNIGHT!!!
after that we will have our debriefing and than it's....... GOING HOME TIME!!!! i hope.

I'm so sianed out being at home all e time.
And furthermore, I missing so much on my FYP
And I dont think that I will get a good enough score
to go any where after my education so just kill me now.
